Return and Exchange Policy

At Bina Sohail Design Studio, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@binasohail.com to obtain a return authorization. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Return Options

Upon returning an item, customers have the following options:

• Exchange: You may exchange the item for a different one. Please contact our customer service team at info@binasohail.com to arrange the exchange. You may be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.
• Credit Voucher: Instead of a refund, we offer customers the option to receive a credit voucher for the value of the returned item. This credit voucher will be issued within 15 days of receiving the returned item and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. It can be used for future purchases at Bina Sohail Design Studio.

Damaged or Defective Items

To facilitate claims for damaged or defective items, we recommend that customers make videos while opening the package. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@binasohail.com to arrange for a replacement or credit voucher. We may require video evidence of the damage or defect to process your request
